In this workshop we will explore concepts of awareness using Yoga, sound and energy work to experience greater ease and effectiveness in your work with clients and yourself. Utilizing mythos, art, poetry, movement, lecture, discussion and hands-on exchanges, you will learn to recognize mental and physical patterns that no longer serve your well-being and change habits that get in the way of effective relationship.

Explorations:

Hatha Yoga is a system used for thousands of years to help create energy, strength, flexibility and balance. We will stretch our muscles and our minds!
Sound and rhythmic or vibrational healing assists in the entrainment and harmonizing of body and mind. We will use our voices and a variety of instruments to find our pulse again!
Energy work based on the Chakra system serves as an energetic map for us to follow on our journey of self knowledge and understanding of human relationship. We will practice hands on healing techniques with each other.
Self-awareness skills help us to function more effectively and efficiently in every arena of our lives. Whether it’s with your clients, business partners, family or friends your rapport can be developed to be more satisfying and enjoyable.

This integrative work can facilitate increased awareness, vitality, greater emotional clarity and range of expression, an experience of personal empowerment, and an expanded sense of our connection between self and others.
