Yoga Class Series with Edie Stuber

In this series Edie will introduce:

Pranayama/breathing techniques

Yoga asana postures

Fascial release / stretching with props rollers and balls

Savasana meditation / relaxation

You will experience more relaxation, flexibility, focus, balance, vision, and wholeness

This class series is open to both beginners as well as experienced practitioners

The maximum number of people in the class is 11
